DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS
Some larger items cannot be shipped internationally and can only be shipped within the UK. Where applicable, this is highlighted in the product's description.
DISPATCH AND PROCESSING TIMES
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days of receipt. Please Note: a ‘working day’ means a Monday to Friday that is not a Bank or Public Holiday. Please allow an additional day in the event of a public holiday.

Please be aware that, in the UK under Royal Mail regulations we allow 21 days from the date of dispatch before we will investigate the non-arrival of an item. Internationally, this time is six weeks. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
